Anti crater

Additive to prevent formation of craters during printing. Add 0.1-0.3%, depending on the type of ink. Not suitable for water-based inks.

Defoamer

Additive to prevent foaming during printing. Add 0.1-0.6%, depending on the type of ink. Not suitable for water-based inks.

Anti-static additive

Additive to prevent static electricity during printing. Add 0.1-1% depending on the type of ink. Not suitable for water-based inks.

Uvi-pro flow control

Additive for UV inks to prevent formation of craters during printing. Add 0.1-0.6%.

Polyester bonding improver

Additive to improve adhesion to polyester. Add a maximum of 20% to TCI 8700 ink/hardener mix

Gelretarder CL

Not suitable for UV and water-based inks.

Mattifying paste

Reduce gloss of solvent-based inks. Depending on desired result, add 10-30%. Reduces resistance to light and outdoor longevity.

UV Tech Matt paste

Mattify UV inks. Add up to 30%. Mesh: max 140T

Flattening powder

Mattify solvent-based inks, add 4-6%. Not recommended for UV inks.

Thickening paste

Increase viscosity of solvent-based and UV inks, withoud compromising opacity. Add 1-5%, depending on the type of ink.

Gold and silver pastes

Can be added to all solvent-based inks. Add 25-35% (mass percentage) of gold paste or 10-15% of silver paste to a measured amount of clear ink. Recommended mesh: 100 T
